Inspire and Coach

We are a sibling duo who are immensely proud of our achievements having made successful careers despite the various challenges. Both of us did our schooling and graduation in India and then moved to UK. During our time in the UK, we have faced various challenges that comes with being BAME and in Priti's case a double whammy of being BAME and a woman in engineering. Both of us realised at an early stage that to move forward, we are going to need help and hence we subscribed to coaching and inspirational speaking to help us. These activities gave us immense value and resulted in our careers moving forward as we desired. Having benefitted from coaching and inspirational speaking, we both now offer these services to help others move forward in their careers.

Ketan Parikh is a Senior IT Leader in academia in one of the biggest and top ranking universities in the world. Ketan is proud of his varied experiences ranging from flipping burgers to providing thought leadership in the field of IT and Audio Visual. Ketan is a certified professional coach and has successfully coached and mentored numerous people in his career.

Ketan is an emotionally intelligent leader who understands what makes people tick and uses that to create high performing functions. Ketan has spoken in various forums providing leadership insights for those who are transitioning into leadership roles. Ketan takes great pride for his work in the community whether it is chairing the board of governors at the local school or volunteering to coach cricket to kids.
